We provide a full suite of training and mentorship for intermediate-level agents working with our seasoned veterans. A majority of the training is taught by managers that earned their CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member).

We additionally offer personalized training, which includes quarterly one-on-one meetings focused on action items, accountability, and the successful execution of a business plan.
Sagiv founded Rosano Capital Partners in 2006 using a new set of principles: Partnership, Specialization, and Full Service. His goal was simple – create the best full-service real estate firm in California by providing a unique array of value-add services. Relying on hard work, resilience, and a robust team of talented agents, Sagiv set out to redefine the industry. Today, Sagiv remains dedicated to those same ideals by developing lasting business relationships with Commercial Property Owners and Retail Tenants by offering full brokerage services, accurate market analysis, and real-time market information.
Prior to the formation of Rosano Capital Partners, Sagiv was a top producer at one of the largest commercial real estate firms in Los Angeles. Before that, Sagiv was an Investment Banker with Lehman Brothers M&A and Corporate Finance Group in San Francisco. Sagiv served in the Israeli military, where he led, consulted, and managed a governmental organization on security issues and covert operations along with combat infantry unit logistics and operations. He developed strategies on locations, movement, and configuration of troops and heavy military equipment, an apt foundation for his career in real estate.
Sagiv graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of California, Los Angeles, where he earned a BA degree with Honors in Business Economics and a minor in Accounting. Upon graduation, he received the Chancellor’s Distinguished Student Award as well as the UCLA Economics Department Excellence Award. Sagiv was a lecturer at UCLA Extension where he taught Real Estate Market Analysis. He is on the board of advisors at USC Marshall School of Business there he is part of the MBV advisory team helping veterans with careers in Real Estate.

Joe began his finance career at Houlihan Lokey, Wall Street’s preeminent financial restructuring firm (advised on 23 of the 25 largest bankruptcies in history, including Enron, WorldCom, and Tower Records). During his time at Houlihan Lokey, Joe focused on distressed debt, restructurings, refinancing, leveraged buyouts, recapitalizations, growth capital and acquisitions. During his time at Houlihan Lokey, the firm restructured General Motors, Lehman Brothers, and the Government of Iraq.
After Houlihan Lokey, Joe served as Vice President with Frontier Group, helping to manage their $2bn Asian Private Equity Fund in Hong Kong. During his time at Frontier, Joe managed numerous investments across Asia in the Real Estate, Cloud Computing/IT, Transportation, and Natural Resource spaces.
After serving as Chief Financial Officer of Roman Group from 2015 to 2019, Joe joined SoLa Impact, a real estate development and acquisition firm with $700mm of assets under management that focuses on high-quality affordable housing and owns more than 3,000 units across 300 buildings in South Los Angeles. At SoLa, Joe managed the firm’s Finance, Accounting, and Investor Relations functions. Joe also oversaw the firm’s Opportunity Zone compliance and helped to manage the deployment of its $115mm Opportunity Zone Fund. In this capacity, he helped to manage $400mm+ of ground up multi-family development projects (~1,500 units).
A recognized expert in asset valuation, Joe has taught finance (Valuations) at the University of California, Los Angeles, and has provided expert witness testimony on financial (specifically asset valuation matters) in several litigations. In 2000, Joe advised on the Stonehage Flemming (leading London Private Equity firm) minority equity acquisition of GB Digital.
Joe spends most of his private time on sports/fitness and also contributes to various causes and charities. He is a former Chief Financial Officer and member of the board of trustees of the Orange County Family Justice Center Foundation.
Joe holds an undergraduate degree with honors from Stanford University and an MBA in finance from the Wharton School. He wrote an MBA thesis on the development of the California economy. He speaks fluent Arabic, Armenian, and Spanish.
