Sagiv founded Rosano Capital Partners in 2006 using a new set of principles: Partnership, Specialization, and Full Service. His goal was simple – create the best full-service real estate firm in California by providing a unique array of value-add services. Relying on hard work, resilience, and a robust team of talented agents, Sagiv set out to redefine the industry. Today, Sagiv remains dedicated to those same ideals by developing lasting business relationships with Commercial Property Owners and Retail Tenants by offering full brokerage services, accurate market analysis, and real-time market information.

 

Prior to the formation of Rosano Capital Partners, Sagiv was a top producer at one of the largest commercial real estate firms in Los Angeles. Before that, Sagiv was an Investment Banker with Lehman Brothers M&A and Corporate Finance Group in San Francisco. Sagiv served in the Israeli military, where he led, consulted, and managed a governmental organization on security issues and covert operations along with combat infantry unit logistics and operations. He developed strategies on locations, movement, and configuration of troops and heavy military equipment, an apt foundation for his career in real estate.

 

Sagiv graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of California, Los Angeles, where he earned a BA degree with Honors in Business Economics and a minor in Accounting. Upon graduation, he received the Chancellor’s Distinguished Student Award as well as the UCLA Economics Department Excellence Award. Sagiv was a lecturer at UCLA Extension where he taught Real Estate Market Analysis.  He is on the board of advisors at USC Marshall School of Business there he is part of the MBV advisory team helping veterans with careers in Real Estate.

Mr. Arruda joins Rosano Capital Partners, having served as Chief Investment Officer of SALMON Health and Retirement where he led capital raising and investor relations. Chris closed $200mm of transactions with SALMON during his four year tenure as CIO.

 

Mr. Arruda also previously served as founder and Managing Principal of Boston based BG Ventures LLC where he headed capital raising, business strategy and property investment activities for select institutional sponsors.

 

Mr. Arruda benefits from more than 30 years of broad real estate experience and has completed in excess of US $1.7B of public and private real estate transactions since 1994.

 

Previously Chris led investment production for a US based asset allocation platform specializing in joint venture common and preferred equity capitalizations of ground up and value add multifamily investments. Additionally, Chris served in a variety of entrepreneurial and institutional settings including U.S. East Regional Director of Transactions and Asset Management with AIMCO (NYSE: AIV), Senior Investment Officer with Berkshire Wafra Advisors (now Newmark Berkeley Point), and Development Associate with Leggat McCall Properties. Chris started his career as an Associate at Copley Real Estate Advisors (now AEW Capital Management). Chris earned an MBA at Northeastern University where he later served as adjunct professor of Real Estate Capital Markets in the D’Amore McKim Graduate School of Business. Chris currently serves as Adjunct Professor at the Boston University Graduate School of Hospitality Administration.
