Attended DePaul University and double majored in Finance and Real Estate. Graduating at the peak of the financial crisis in 2008, Stephen started brokering with boutique commercial mortgage broker shops out of Chicago. As a commercial mortgage broker Stephen has financed a wide variety wide range of asset classes which include Multi-Family, Self Storage, Office, Retail, Condo Associations, and even Golf Courses with a wide variety of lenders which include, Fannie/Freddie, CMBS, Local Banks, Debt Funds, Life Insurance Companies, Credit Unions, and Hard Money Lenders.

Stephen also brings expertise from the ownership side as the last couple years has been focused on growing his real estate portfolio. He is a GP of a group who is purchasing Multi-Family in Chicago as they got up to 1000 units. During the pandemic, Stephen relocated to LA as he continues to have a home base in Chicago. Having been on the owner side, Stephen can relate to his clients by understanding their goals.
